Jet Lag Natural Protocol

In order to minimize, even completely eradicate the symptoms of jet lag, just adhere to the following protocol.

  • Vitamin C 1,000 mg every hour while flying, then 4,000 mg/day
  • Mycellized Vitamin A 30,000 IU daily while in travel location
  • Acidophilus (1) 2x day
  • Wobenzyme 5 with dinner, and 5 at sleep
  • Drink Volvic Water on the plane
  • Take a formula called Pineal Met 10 drops 3x/day on day of flight, and next 2 days, and same for the return flight, to minimize jet lag.
